Apple Fritters

Ingredients / Preparation
1 C. flour
2 eggs milk
1/2 t. salt
6 sour apples
Methods / Instructions
Beat eggs, add flour, salt and enough milk to make a thin batter. Peel apples, core, but do not quarter. Slice in 1/4 inch slices. Dip in batter and fry in hot lard until light brown. Roll in powdered sugar.
